ABOUT US
We are a group of volunteers passionate about bringing joy to the less privileged with music.
MISSION
(What we do)
We bring the joy of music to the less privileged at various social service agencies and charities in Singapore
VISION
(Why we do it)
We believe no one should be deprived of the joy of music regardless of their background or circumstances
HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
Volunteer Guitar Connection (VGC) was formed in 2004, an interest group based in Singapore under the ‘Volunteer Circle’, under National Council of Social Service (NCSS).
The group was formed because volunteers from different agencies wanted to bring joy into their beneficiaries by playing live music and singing, during their weekly volunteer sessions at their respective social service agencies.
